Love Outside the Lines is a supportive, affirming therapy group for adults who are in or exploring non-traditional relationship structures, including consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, open relationships, or those questioning conventional relationship norms. This group provides a space to explore communication, boundaries, attachment, identity, and emotional awareness while honoring autonomy and diverse relationship experiences.

This group focuses on rebuilding safety, clarity, self-trust, and emotional strength in a supportive and validating environment.
This group may be a good fit if you are:
- Recovering from a narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationship
- Struggling with self-doubt, guilt, or loss of identity
- Working to establish boundaries and regain confidence
