Upcoming Events & Groups

At Thrive Therapy Center, we believe healing happens in connection.
Our in-person therapy groups offer a supportive space to explore shared experiences, gain insight, and build tools for growth—alongside others who understand. This winter, we’re offering two thoughtfully facilitated 6-week therapy groups designed to meet clients where they are, without judgment or pressure.

💜 Love Outside the Lines

A Therapy Group for People in or Exploring Non-Traditional Relationships

Not all relationships follow traditional expectations—and that’s okay.

Love Outside the Lines is a supportive, affirming therapy group for adults who are in or exploring non-traditional relationship structures, including consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, open relationships, or those questioning conventional relationship norms. This group provides a space to explore communication, boundaries, attachment, identity, and emotional awareness while honoring autonomy and diverse relationship experiences.

This group may be a good fit if you are:

  • Navigating non-traditional or evolving relationships
  • Seeking healthier communication and boundaries
  • Exploring relationship values outside societal norms
  • Wanting support without judgment or assumptions

Group Details:

  • Dates: January 31 – March 7th, 2026 (6 Weeks)
  • Format: In-person group therapy
  • Location: Thrive Therapy Center
  • Facilitator: Brandy Coats, MBA, CAMS-I, CTP

🌱 Still Standing

A Therapy Group for Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse

Healing from narcissistic abuse is complex—and you don’t have to do it alone. Still Standing is a trauma-informed therapy group for adults who have experienced emotional manipulation, gaslighting, control, or chronic invalidation in relationships (romantic, familial, or otherwise).

This group focuses on rebuilding safety, clarity, self-trust, and emotional strength in a supportive and validating environment.

This group may be a good fit if you are:

  • Recovering from a narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationship
  • Struggling with self-doubt, guilt, or loss of identity
  • Working to establish boundaries and regain confidence
  • Seeking community with others who truly understand

Group Details:

  • Dates: January 31 – March 7th, 2026 (6 weeks)
  • Format: In-person group therapy
