My approach is holistic, collaborative, and identity-affirming. I integrate Narrative Therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic, Feminist Theory, and Family Systems work. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals process trauma, explore identity, recover from religious or relational wounds, and navigate issues related to self-worth, women’s wellness, grief, anxiety, and life transitions. I am currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and bring over 12 years of experience supporting individuals through mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. I work with adults, teens, couples, and families from all walks of life—including those navigating foster care/adoption, military service, multicultural identity, and LGBTQIA+ experiences. I am kink-aware, body-positive, and deeply committed to creating a nonjudgmental space for growth.
